Is the Mass Effect Andromeda producer teasing a reveal at PlayStation Meeting today?
A Mass Effect reveal during the PlayStation Meeting is looking likely, if we're interpreting this tweet correctly.
Michael Gamble, a producer on Mass Effect Andromeda, has taken to Twitter to tease something to do with September 7. That's today, of course, which is also the day of the PlayStation Meeting.
"Oh, God. Tomorrow is 7th, isn't it?" the tweet reads. Assuming Gamble is not trolling fans, this could either mean we're due for big Mass Effect Andromeda news today, or, the more likely outcome, tonight's PlayStation Meeting will feature Andromeda in some way.
Mass Effect Andromeda gameplay was suspiciously missing from this year's E3. We've yet to actually see the game running at all, and fans are worried it may not make its early 2017 release window.
EA previously said development on Mass Effect Andromeda is on schedule, and that we're likely to see footage when the time is right.
Today's Sony event just became more interesting.
