No Mario's Sky devs work around Nintendo's copyright claim to keep their game alive.
No Mario's Sky was a procedurally generated mash-up of No Man's Sky and Super Mario that was in the wild for almost an entire week before being hit with a copyright claim from Nintendo.
But don't despair just yet. DMCA's Sky has risen up to take its place.
