The latest Uncharted 4: A Thief's End content update delivered a brand new map.

Set in an abandoned pirate colony, New Devon is one of the biggest Uncharted 4 maps Naughty Dog has produced to date, and has a particular focus on open areas and elevation, which will please snipers. Not a fan of long-distance warfare? The developer promises there'll be plenty of corners to dash around in instead.

You can peruse the map in the video above or just dive right into Uncharted 4 and try it for yourself after the new patch installs, since it's free to everyone.

This update also makes some changes to the way players earn rewards. Relics may now be awarded for finishing or winning matches as well as completing challenges, and you've got a chance to score premium DLC skins and pre-set outfits from DLC Vanity Chests. The latter means you can pick some items up a little bit cheaper than is usual for Uncharted 4, although there's RNG involved. A 33-62% sale kicks off September 16, if you'd prefer.

Finally, the patch adds new rewards for Season 2 and makes changes to Ranked Team Deathmatch, in response to requests from the Uncharted 4 competitive community.
