Konami, in what will surely end up being their least controversial Gamescom announcement, has revealed that major German club Borussia Dortmund will be replicated within the next iteration of the Pro Evolution Soccer series.

This is a four-year partnership, so expect to see them in PES 18-20 as well.

PES 17 launches September 15 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, as well as the PS3 and Xbox 360. It uses the FOX Engine. After struggling against FIFA for some time, PES has had a bit of a resurgence in the last few years - PES 16 was particularly strong. Hopefully, 17 will follow suit.
