Doom should now run faster, be more stable, thanks to Vulkan support

Doom now supports the Vulkan graphics API.

Doom has been updated on PC to bring support for Vulkan, the next-gen graphics API from the Khronos Group.

Vulkan is the successor to OpenGL, and its benefits should be seen by all players of Doom, regardless of their graphics card of choice - thanks to the how the API allows better low-level access to hardware. Much like higher-end GPUs, lower-end ones should also see a bump in the minimum frame-rate in-game.
