Escape from Tarkov continues to look impressive: new alpha footage and screens revealed

The latest Escape from Tarkov environment takes you to an embattled part of the city where a chemical factory used to be.


Escape from Tarkov, the tactical FPS/MMO in development at Battlestate Games, is getting closer and closer to a wider alpha release.

While we still need to wait two months for that to happen, the developers are not being stingy when it comes to showing the game off every now and then.

Previously released footage gave us a look at a couple of different environments, and today, we get to see another new one.

This new level shows an abandoned chemical factory setting. You can see how the game’s dynamic lighting allows for things like shooting off lights and the light reflect off surfaces. There’s also a brief look at some item looting and some of the inventory and UI.
