The Seinfeld apartment has been recreated in Doom 2 by a fan, and it’s a thing of true beauty.

While some liberties have of course been taken – seeing the other wall instead of a studio audience is strangely uncanny, and Newman has been shoved into Kramer’s apartment – creator Doug Keener has, I’m inclined to say, nailed it.

The video description says that he worked on this apartment for “over 100 hours”.

The absolute best bit of the video is what George screams when he gets shot, which I won’t spoil here.

Doom 2 released in 1994, and Seinfeld ended in May 1998. We’ve been waiting for this ever since.
