No longer will a 14-day suspensions be handed out if caught cheating according to Ubisoft Massive. Now, cheaters will be banned permanently from the game even if it is their first offense.

Cheating using a third-party software on PC is still an issue, apparently.

Back in April, three day suspensions with a second chance were being offered. Should a player be found guilty of cheating again after given the second chance, Massive said a permanent ban would be handed out.

Later that month, The Division team handed out the biggest wave of suspensions and bans to-date, after new cheat detection methods were put in place.
