Elite Dangerous: Horizons is now available for Xbox One

Elite Dangerous: Horizons adds the ability for players to explore planet environments using the Surface Recon Vehicle. Resources, will be discovered, fights will be fought, bases will be raided and more.

Now that Horizons has released for Xbox One, all gameplay updates will now debut for PC and the console simultaneously. Future content plans include:

  • Ship-Launched Fighters: Allows larger spacecraft to carry their own short-range fighter craft for attack and defense.
  • Multicrew: Allows teams of players to assume roles aboard the same ship.
  • Commander creation: Gives players a unique appearance to in-game avatars.

The Elite Dangerous: Horizons season pass for Xbox One is available digitally through the Xbox One store as an upgrade. It will run you $29.99/£19.99/€24.99 or as part of the Elite Dangerous Xbox One Commander Deluxe edition for $59.99/£39.99/€49.99.
