Dying Light's developer tools now include access to dune buggies

Dying Light developer Techland has updated the game's dev tools, available to all players, to include support for the dune buggy.

What this means is that creators can now use the vehicle in their custom mode creations, even if they do not own The Following expansion. The buggy will also be available in custom-made PvP scenarios. Modders now have access to driving mechanics, toom allowing them to tweak how the buggies handle.

The studio also announced a new modding competition in partnership with peripheral manufacturer Razer. Called 'Buggy Madness', the contest challenges modders to create custom maps based around usage of the buggy. Winners could get their hands on prize pack that includes a BlackWidow X Chroma keyboard, DeathAdder Chroma mouse, and a Kraken 7.1 Chroma headset.

It's open from May 19 - June 19, and you can learn more through the official site.
