First Outlast 2 gameplay footage features chase scene in creepy cornfield

The first look at gameplay from Outlast 2 has appeared, and it features a chase scene in a creepy cornfield. But when is a cornfield not creepy at night?
As you can see in the Gamespot video above, it doesn't look any less frightening than the first game. Which is why I only watch the videos and steer clear of the games. I'm a chickensh*t.
Outlast 2 developer Red Barrels released the first teaser image for the game back in January of this year a few months after it was announced as being in development.
New characters and a new location, and as you can see above, the night vision camera makes a return.
The game is slated for release this fall simultaneously on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
