The content tasks players will taking out bioengineer Silvio Caruso, before the DNA-Specific virus he’s created can infect the population.

It looks like a rather lovely area, and we were first given a look at it during Paris Games Week in October 2015. New screenshots were posted earlier this week.

The Hitman game servers should be going offline at any moment for maintenance. Servers are expected to go back online within two hours, with full release notes available later today. This is to prepare the game for Episode 2’s release next week.

If you’ve already purchased Hitman: The Full Experience bundle, Sapienza will be waiting for you upon logging into the game at release. If you don’t own any of the packs, the standalone price for the new content is £7.99, or the regional equivalent.

Hitman – Episode 2: Sapienza is available April 26 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A physical release of the game was expected sometime around year’s end but was delayed into January 2017.
