If you're speccing for a certain build in The Division, you'll definitely be familiar with talents. These are unique bonuses that you can't change, and come with pre-attached to the gear you get in drops.
The video breaks talents into three main categories. The first one is reserved only for the top tier. Then there's the second tier, covering situational talents that work best with certain builds or play-styles. The third and final tier is reserved for low performing ones that are mildly interesting.
