7 Days to Die was a Kickstarter success in 2013, and is currently in early access on Steam.

The open-world survival game combines first-person shooting with survival horror, tower defense, and RPG elements.

Along with combat, the game blends crafting, looting, mining, exploration, character growth and world-building. More game features are outlined over on the official 7 Days to Die website.

Telltale will publish the game digitally and physically on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this summer, and the console version adds a new multiplayer mode and local split-screen co-op.

Additional online multiplayer modes, features and future DLC will be revealed in the coming weeks. Those who pre-order 7 Days to Die will get exclusive access to five character skins from Telltale's The Walking Dead series including Michonne and Lee Everett.
