Don't Starve: Shipwrecked adds a bunch of new content, which will immediately try to murder you.
New single-player expansion Don't Starve: Shipwrecked adds sailing as well as new biomes, resources, creatures, food, seasons and crafting recipes. You'll have no idea what you're doing, making it even more likely that you'll perish ignobly in the first 15 minutes.
Steph purchased this about .3 seconds after it launched, so I expect we'll see her in about a month. You can grab the add-on for yourself on Steam for $5, or $4.50 during launch period.
