The Division team did a great job recreating these real-world locations

A couple of comparison shots of locations in The Division versus their real-life counterparts have surfaced, and they are almost perfect representations.

Comparing real-world locations with those in a video game isn’t anything new. However, it offers a look at how much work went into recreating cities, parks, monuments, the countryside and other areas which add more immersion to a game.

In the images posted on Imgur by reddit user jam510, you will see a couple comparison shots of Brooklyn next to screens of the borough in The Division.

The recreation of the office building on Water Street and a look at it from under the Manhattan Bridge are both rather impressive comparisons.

You can have a look at the images through the Imgur links.
