Konami is releasing an official Euro 2016 add-on for PES 2016, but it’s not fully featured.
Konami has announced that Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 is getting free DLC to bring support for the Euro 2016 tournament.
The add-on is free, features updated presentation, and launches March 24 on all platforms. However, it does not include everything you expect it to.
For instance, only 15 of the 24 qualified national teams are included. These are: Albania, Croatia, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, and Wales.
The licensed teams include authentic player kits and faces. The nine teams that aren’t will not include any of that. They are Russia, Poland, Belgium, Ireland, Sweden, Austria, Hungary, Romania, and Switzerland.
The DLC also comes with only one stadium, the host of the tourney final Stade de France.
Konami is re-releasing a version of Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 on PS3 and PS4 that includes the Euro 2016 add-on.
