Fallout 4 DLC "not far off", survival mode overhaul inbound

Fallout 4 will soon present some new content, and an even tougher gameplay mode for hardcore players.
Fallout 4 is great but many of you have seen and done all the RPG has to offer. Luckily, help is on the way.
"We know you’re ready to learn what’s coming for Fallout 4 DLC. We’re not far off, and we think you’ll be excited," Bethesda wrote on the game's Facebook page.
A second update followed shortly after, apparently announcing significant non-DLC additions:
"We’re also doing a complete overhaul of Fallout 4 Survival mode. Food, sleep, diseases, danger and more. Stay tuned," the developer said.
