ARK: Survival Evolved is currently in Game Preview on Xbox One, the console's version of Early Access. According to a recent report by Digital Foundry, the technical side of the game is not looking good.

A frame-rate test for the Xbox One version shows the game rarely achieving the 30 frames-per-second target, with drops as low as 14fps when the number of objects and amount of foliage on screen increases. This also affects the input, and introduces considerable lag when the frame-rate drops.

The resolution is also not very high to boot, being lower than 720p. Watch the report below.
