Free StarCraft 2 update adds co-op commander Karax

StarCraft 2 has a new commander.

The latest StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void title update did more than tweak and fix - it added a new commander.

Karax can be used in legacy of the Void co-op missions. Described as "one of the most precise engineers in the whole of the Khalai", he rose from the Protoss worker caste and was the phase-smith responsible for restoring the Spear of Adun’s systems. During his time with the Artanis, Karax recovered the Purifier-based weapons featured in his arsenal.

All of Karax's unique units are mechanical, which is important because his passive Reconstruction Beam causes friendly mechanical units to heal over time.

Blizzard recommends players upgrade Karax's Solar Forge energy regeneration, coordinate Chronoboost with their co-op partners, and team up with Rory Swann or Kerrigan.
