Star Wars Battlefront director now working on "next Battlefield"

Development director at DICE confirms he's moving on to a new project.

DICE has confirmed that development of the next Battlefield game is well underway.

After shipping Star Wars Battlefront this year, development director Dan Vanderlind has now moved on to his next big project.

Now that we've shipped Battlefront and a part of the team continues to work on it, I am moving on to another project, the next Battlefield..

What the "next Battlefield" is we don't yet know.

We do know a Battlefield game is confirmed for 2016. It could be Battlefield 5, or it could be another spin-off like Battlefield Hardline. I know which one I'd like to see, what about you?
