Patch 2.4 for Dibalo 3, which was recently detailed, contains a very subtle Fallout Easter egg only true fans will pick up on.

The new patch, currently being tested in the game's PTR, brings a new item called Boyarsky’s Chip. Boyarsky’s Chip is a Legendary gem you socket into jewellery.

As reported by PCGamesN, the item's description reads, "This fragment of a gem, called a chip, was discovered in an underground vault by old man Boyarsky, who fashioned it into the beautiful gem it is today. It damages those who would damage its owner, once inserted into a socket, it will never fall out."

As you can see, the final line is a major give away. The gem is named after Leonard Boyarsky, who was the art director of the original Fallout and who also worked on Diablo 3.

The "chip" it's referring to references the Water Chip, which is an item you needed to retrieve in the original Fallout. Here's a capture of it.
