Measuring Fallout 4 map size, by walking across the entire thing

How does Fallout 4 stack up against the rest of the open-world games when measured from one end of the map to the other?

YouTube channel 8-BIT BASTARD wanted to measure the landmass of Fallout 4 and how it stacks up against other open-world games such as Skyrim, Just Cause 2, The Witcher 3, GTA 5, and others.

The metric they used, however, is very intriguing. The channel recorded the time it took them to walk, not run, from one edge of the map to the other. They did the same for other games and the end result is surprising.

Of course, this is hardly a knock against the game, but it does make the surface map at least seem small in comparison.
