Red Menace is a mini-game in Fallout 4 inspired by a certain other iconic real-life game.
Fallout 4 has a few mini-games you'll find throughout the wasteland. One of these is Red Menace, a Donkey Kong tribute found near the game's beginning on a terminal.
Here's Alex showing you the location and how you can collect the tape for use later in your Pip-Boy anytime you want to play it. Donkey Kong is replaced by an alien and the princess is a Vault Girl.
