Hopefully you’ve used up all your LootTheWorld Stamp Codes for Borderlands 2

Gearbox Software has announced its LootTheWorld iOS and Android app will be shuttered today.

Following this morning’s “extended maintenance on SHiFT” players will no longer be able to send loot from the app to Borderlands 2.

So, hopefully, you sent over any loot you’d been hanging on to .

Maintenance on SHiFT started at 9:30am CT/10.30am ET and it will be down for 12 hours, so during this time, SHiFT Code redemption, hot fixes, and other SHiFT-related functions will not be available.

When SHiFT services come back online, LootTheWorld will shut down.

It’s highly likely those who used the reward system introduced in 2013 have already scanned their QR codes for in-game loot via Stamps. However, if you’re still playing Borderlands 2 or were saving your QR codes for a later date, it looks like you’re out of luck.
