This Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash trailer turned up today and I left it playing in another tab while I looked at an urgent email. A few seconds in I had to tab back and find out what in the hell was going on.
Seriously, try listening to this without watching: it's a near-constant chorus of non-verbal victory shouts, laughs, grunts of effort and growls which sound very odd out of context. It's not the creepiest Nintendo trailer experience ever, but it's close.
Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash arrives on Wii U on November 20 and will probably be pretty good as long as it's anything like previous series entries.
