Shardlight revealed as latest point-and-click from Blackwell developer

Award-winning adventure developer Wadjet Eye games has unveiled Shardlight, coming to PC in northern spring 2016.

Shardlight is set in a future dystopia ruled by an oligarchy known as the Aristocrats. Disease and hunger are rife in the wake of "the day the bombs fell", and only the rich are assured of a reliable supply of vaccine in return for their unconditional support of authority.

"Amy Wellard, a young woman reluctantly working for the government to qualify for the vaccine lottery, believes there’s a cure — and she’s going to find it. Even if it costs her her life," Wadjeteye said.

Check out the trailer below; there are some screenshots on the website, too.
