We're revisiting episode 29 and it's about to get even tougher.

Eliminate and extract the Skulls and complete the mission without being grabbed by a puppet soldier
There is a quick and ludicrously easy way to finish this mission off, but if you've already done episode 45 and Quiet had buggered off, you won't be able to do it.
As soon as the mission kicks off, run behind the downed helicopter and then over to the tall watchtower nearby before the Skulls get eyes on you. It's handy to have upgraded the mobility on your bionic arm. Go prone at the top to stay hidden, then dispatch Quiet to the sniping point to the northeast of your position.
She should do all the hard work for you and when she's done, you can come down and fulton the Skulls back to Mother Base.
If you're spotted by the Skulls, this strategy isn't going to pan out.
Alternatively, D-Walker's Gatling gun can get the job done.
Other places to make a stand on the map include inside the large building, and the top of the warehouse. You can order in supply drops at the top of the warehouse, so it's a pretty convenient location.
As long as you don't get grabbed by a puppet soldier, you can tick off this objective by hiding out of the way somewhere.
Extract Code Talker
Once the Skulls have been defeated, carry Code Talker to the LZ and hop aboard.
