Don't get excited, the Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns launch trailer is super early

Guild War 2: Heart of Thorns now has a launch trailer. We're puzzled too.
Heart of Thorns arrives on Guild Wars 2 servers on October 23, which - unless I'm extra confused today - is almost a month away. And yet NCSoft has sent out the launch trailer, which you can view below.
Oh well, no point getting pedantic about what exactly "launch" means, I guess; it's not like video game markeitng makes much sense, what with announcements for teasers for trailers for events where release dates will be revealed.
