Twitch users will soon be able to create a VOD playlist

TwitchCon is in full swing, and during the event it was announced a video on demand playlist was coming to the streaming service.

The VOD service will allow Twitch broadcasters to create a playlist featuring their favorite recorded streams which will run while they are offline.

This provides them with the ability to showcase the channel and keep the community engaged bay watching or via chat when the hcannel isn't live.

Users will even be able to watch the playlists on Twitch iOS and Android apps.

Twitch said the playlist feature will be released gradually over the coming weeks, and streamers with an average of 200 live broadcast users should register for the upcoming beta.
