A new peyote plant in Grand Theft Auto 5 turns you into Bigfoot

Rockstar’s latest Sasquatch Easter Egg might be its best yet.

As reported by Kotaku, a player who went digging through GTA 5’s files after the latest update dropped a week ago found the location of a new peyote plant, as well as numerous references to Bigfoot.

By using cheats to bring about foggy weather conditions and heading to the coordinates -1472.531, 4439.456, 18.862, they were able to perform the transformation captured in the video by 2H2K above.

There is some argument over the specific conditions that you need to trigger the appearance of the plant. Here’s an entire Reddit thread worth of speculation for anyone looking to find it themselves.

The previous 27 peyote plants have been mapped out for anyone looking for them.
