Square Enix has announced Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue for PS4.

During Sony Japan's pre-TGS show, Square Enix announced Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue, a collection of games remastered in HD on PlayStation 4.
