An amazing GTA 5 glitch turns it into an N64 game
Videos of a glitch in GTA 5 show what it would have looked like if it had been released 18 years ago.
Kotaku's Luke Plunkett has rounded up some videos of the glitch, dating back as far as December 2014, which rips away all of GTA 5's textures and turns it into a blurry mess.
The glitch seems to occur at a certain point during a GTA Online mission, and spreads across the entire map.
By Nintendo 64 standards, of course, this would have looked amazing: in fact, it kind of resembles the earlier work of Rockstar North (formerly DMA Design), Body Harvest.
