The Wii U sequel to the beloved Wii/New 3DS game Xenoblade Chronicles is getting the Special Edition treatment.
The Special Edition, announced on Nintendo of America’s Twitter page, looks pretty neat. There’s an art book comprised of “over 100 pages” of concept art (which is quite a bit longer than ‘Special Edition’ art books typically are), a matted art card and a custom USB with a ten-track digital soundtrack on it.
The original release of Xenoblade Chronicles on the Wii came with a CD soundtrack in some territories, as did the Japanese version of the recent New 3DS re-release.
Xenoblade Chronicles X released in Japan on April 29 of this year. It’s due in the US, Europe and Australia on December 4.
