You can win said island when you pre-order the Just Cause 3 Day 1 Edition.

In order to be eleigible for the island of your dreams, you will need to score the most Chaos Points using the game's vast collection of guns, bombs, vehicles and Rico's grappling hook.

The more "creative and inventive the mayhem," the more Chaos Points players will earn. The top-scoring winner gets the island.

The Just Cause 3 Win an Island Competition will begin at the game’s launch on Deccember 1 and run for 90 days, ending February 29, 2016.

To receive a contest entry code, participants must pre-order the Just Cause 3 Day 1 edition for PlayStation 4 or Xbox One. It appears to only be open to particular locations in North and South America.

"The island is valued at up to $50,000 or $50,000 cash and the location of island is to be determined by the sponsor. All taxes and fees associated with purchasing and obtaining of island (including but not limited to attorney's fees, escrow, and closing costs) are the responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor does not guarantee the island to be inhabitable, developed or reachable by any means other than a boat."

More details, territories and rules can be found on the contest website, right here.
