Fallout 4 game director Todd Howard shared some insight into what goes in the making of a Fallout game, particularity when it comes to making the world as believable as possible by filling it with dynamic details.
The interview is interesting because it highlights the ways Bethesda elected to use the memory in new-gen consoles, emphasising world design, and AI dynamics over graphics.
