CD Projekt RED has released the 1.07 patch for The Witcher 3, and it should be available for all platforms soon.

According to a tweet from community lead Marcin Momot overnight, the patch should hit all versions of the game within the next 24 hours. It has already started rolling out for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One users.

The developer released the preliminary patch notes last week. You can look over the final changelog through the official forums.

The update is 7.3GB in size and contains a myriad of fixes, new storage locations, better organization options for books and it introduces an alternative movement style for Geralt.

According to Digital Foundry, the update does indeed add valuable gameplay features, “but performance takes a hit on consoles.”
