Shenmue 3 Kickstarter ends with over $6.3 million in funding

The Shenmue 3 Kickstarter has ended with over $6.3 million in funding thanks to 69,320 backers.
Yesterday, the project became the highest-funded video game in Kickstarter history, setting its third record.
The game was also the fasted project to reach $2 million and the fastest to reach $1 million.
Shenmue 3 will be available to purchase digitally for PC and PS4 at some point in 2017, but at present its unconfirmed whether a physical version will be released outside of the $60 crowdfunding tier.
