The upcoming revival of the Pro Skater series looks to be taking advantage of the power and connectivity available in the new consoles. The game's developer Robomodo revealed today that all online game sessions are hosted on dedicated servers.

Freeskate levels are the game's version of lobbies. It's a place where up to 20 players can hang out and skate while waiting for a game to start. It's also where everyone will return between sessions.

In addition, PlayStation versions of the game will get some exclusive content, in the form of three character heads. The blog also revealed that the online features will only be available on new-gen versions, as the older versions won't even support online play.
