Mewtwo amiibo makes an appearance at San Diego Comic-Con

Hopefully, we won't have to wait much longer on a release date for the Mewtwo amiibo.
Since the amiibo is on display at Comic-Con this week alongside the special 8-bit Mario figurine announced at E3 2015, it's a possibility.
The Pokemon was added to Super Smash Bros. as DLC back in April, along with news of its amiibo hitting stores at some point along with Lucas.
Mewtwo was spotted at the show by Nintendo Life and Kotaku contributor Alan Lopez and if you click through to his Twitter account, you can also have a look at the Skylanders SuperChargers amiibo which were also announced at E3 last month.
