"Multi-million dollar" FlatOut game in the works for PC, Xbox One, PS4

A new "multi-million dollar" FlatOut racing game is in the works, and the online community will be asked to participate in the creative process.

Set for release next year, Strategy First and Paris-based Kylotonn Entertainment have partnered on development of the title.

Over the course of the next few weeks and months, a variety of ways in which the online community can contribute will be announced.

“FlatOut is our most important franchise. There is a strong vocal community that have numerous constructive ideas and suggestions on what they would like to experience in an all new FlatOut," said Strategy First director Emanuel Wall.

"We would like to invite anyone who is a fan of FlatOut to be part of the process. We are excited about our partnership with Kylotonn Entertainment."

Kylotonn said the online game community will still have everything that originally made "FlatOut such a great title" while at the same time introducing "new experiences and moments people will love."

FlatOut will be made available for multiple platforms including PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and more.
