UK price of 1TB PS4 could mean a price cut for 500GB model

Retailers in the UK are starting to take pre-orders for the 1TB PlayStation 4. The price? The same as the standard 500GB model.

Major UK retailers have started taking pre-orders for the 1TB Ultimate Player Edition PS4.

Amazon, GAME, and ShopTo all have it priced no higher than £349.99, which is the current RRP for the 500GB model.

This could only mean that the 500GB model is getting a price cut. Perhaps Sony plans to drop the price to £299.99, like it has done before.

The 1TB SKU is due July 15.
