Platinum Games' E3 2015 reveal is the new Transformers game, says Best Buy

Platinum Games tackles a venerable property in its latest action effort.

A new Transforms game leaked overnight. Unlike recent efforts tired with the Michael bay movies, Transformers: Devastation is a cel-shaded tribute to the 1980's cartoon.

We were already pretty excited about that, but now it looks like Transformers: Devastation may be Platinum Games' E3 2015 reveal.

The news comes via Best Buy Canada, which has Platinum Games down as the developer on its retail listing for Transfomers: Devastation.

The listing also confirms a number of the original cartoon voice actors will lend their talents to the project.

Well, it's no Vanquish but it's great to see Platinum tackling mech action. The world debut will be part of YouTube's E3 coverage on Monday.
