PS4 users on both sides of the pond really loved The Witcher 3 in May

Sony has posted the May 2015 PlayStation Store charts, and unsurprisingly, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was the most downloaded PlayStation 4 game in both Europe and North America.

In Europe, the top five game downloads for PS4 were: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Project CARS, Battlefield 4 (Re-entry), Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, and Battlefield Hardline.

New entries other than The Witcher 3, Project CARS and The Old Blood included Ultra Street Fighter 4 and Life is Strange which landed in 18th and 19th, respectively.

On the North American chart, again, The Witcher 3 was the top seller for PS4 followed by Mortal Kombat X, The Wolf Among Us, Trials Fusion and Wolfenstein: The Old Blood.

Telltale's The Wolf Among Us landed on the chart again thanks to a PS Store sale on the developer's library, which also helped The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season land in the top 20.

The full charts are posted through the links, and if you click on either one, you will see which games were the most popular on PlayStation 3, Vita and PS Classics.
