Mighty No. 9: Signature Edition features a neat 6.5 inch Beck statue with faceplates

A "extremely limited" edition of Kenji Inafune’s Mighty No.9 has been announced by development studio Comcept and publisher Deep Silver.

Dubbed the Mighty No. 9: Signature Edition, the Collector's Edition contains the launch version of Mighty No. 9 along with a 6.5 inch, individually numbered statue of Beck featuring "14 different articulation points" and three interchangeable faceplates. It is all contained withing special packaging featuring a foil signature from Inafune. It will run you $59.99.

All launch window versions includes the Retro Hero DLC, which is a 1-hit-death difficulty mode starring a retro-inspired version of the game's hero, Beck.

A new trailer was also released today, showing the game running at 60fps. It's posted below.

Mighty No. 9 will be available on September 15 in North America and on September 18 worldwide in both a physical or digital option, depending on platform.

Both formats can be purchased for PlayStation 4, Wii U and Xbox One. The game will be a digital-only release on Linux, Mac, PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.

3DS and PlayStation Vita versions will follow at a later date. All PlayStation versions of the title are Cross-Buy enabled.
