The Last of Us voice actor Ashley Johnson joins the cast of Tales from the Borderlands

The Last of Us voice actor Ashley Johnson, who lent her chops to Ellie, has joined the cast of Telltale Games' Tales from the Borderlands.

Johnson will play a "very core character" in Episode 3, according to the developer.

The news was tweeted by Telltale's community and PR specialist Laura Perusco and the firm's director of PR, Job Stauffer, who added more color to the announcement.

A release date for Episode 3 hasn't been announced. The last episode, Atlas Mugged, was released on March 17 for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Mac, and mobile platforms.
