The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is already doing good numbers, and it’s not even out yet.

The Witcher 3 developer CD Projekt RED has announced today that fans have pre-ordered over 1 million copies of the game so far.

The press release did not specify the split by platform.

“We’ve crossed the 1 million pre-order milestone and it’s all thanks to you guys! We would like to thank all the gamers for their trust and support,” said CD Projekt RED co-founder Marcin Iwiński.

“This is the last stretch and we’re pushing hard — over the last two weeks, we’ve increased performance on all platforms and started working full speed on the expansions, Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine.”

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is out May 19 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. A new video showing Xbox One footage was released earlier today.

Reviews will start dropping for Wild Hunt tomorrow, and we’ll round them up for you as always.
