Battlefield Hardline developer Visceral has revealed a few bits of information about the game’s first DLC map pack.
Criminal Activity is the name of Battlefield Hardline’s first DLC drop. As is always the case with Battlefield games, it will come with four maps and new toys.
Multiplayer producer Zach Mumbach recently sat down for a chat with the guys from Don’t Revive Me Bro podcast to talk a little bit about what we can expect in the new DLC.
Two of the four maps will take place during night-time. The DLC will have more emphasis on destruction, but more importantly, it will be apparent what is or isn’t destructible, which is an issue with launch maps. According to Mumbach, new vehicles will also be added.
“We’re obviously doing a ton of Premium stuff, but we’re also going to support players that just bought the game and aren’t necessarily Premium,” said Mumbach about the focus being on all owners of the game.
Criminal Activity is out this summer, but without a firm release date just yet.
