Kickstarter for Banjo-Kazooie spiritual successor Yooka-Laylee launches tomorrow 

Playtonic Games has announced the Kickstarter campaign for its spiritual successor to the Banjo Kazooie series, Yooka-Laylee, will launch tomorrow.

The title of the game was announced today along with the Kickstarter date.

Formerly known as Project Ukulele, the 3D platformer is said to be “between the size of Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie," and stars Yooka the chameleon and bat named Laylee.

According to IGN, the game will be released first on PC with PlayStation 4, Wii U and Xbox One versions also in the works.

Eurogamer will have the first hands-on impressions of the game tomorrow.
