As promised, Blizzard has launched the StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void multiplayer closed beta. Invites are being sent out now for the beta's initial phase.

During this early phase, players will be able to sample the latest build and the new Protoss unit, the Adept. Regular PvP multiplayer will be available, as well as the new Archon Mode. Archon mode allows two players control over the same base and army.

There are also three maps that you can try. They are Ruins of Seras, Lerilak Crest, and Orbital Shipyard.

Blizzard said there's no NDA on this beta, so anyone can post gameplay footage, provided it's tagged properly.
